Consign With Us!

 

Our consignment process is designed to be simple and seamless. At High Society, we are always looking for beautiful, high-quality apparel and accessories from sought-after brands and designers such as Dior, Chanel, Christian Louboutin, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Valentino, and many more.

We pride ourselves on offering our customers the very best selection of luxury and contemporary fashion. That reputation is made possible by our incredible consignors who bring in truly fabulous pieces.

To maintain our high standards and help your items sell quickly, we ask consignors to follow these simple guidelines.

Preparing Your Items

Your items will be more likely to be accepted and sell faster if they meet the following criteria:

  1. Clothing should be one to two years old, unless it is high-quality vintage.
  2. Items should be current in style and appropriate for the upcoming season.
  3. All items must be clean and ready to sell (washed clothing, empty bags, wiped shoes, wrinkle-free, etc.).
  4. Please bring clothing on hangers. We do not accept clothing in bags.
  5. Items must be in excellent condition and free of rips, stains, or excessive wear.

 

Seasonal Consignment Guide

We accept items based on the current and upcoming season to ensure the best chance of selling.

Spring: Bright colors, cottons, linens, silks
Summer: Short sleeves, whites, lightweight fabrics, sundresses, shorts
Fall: Darker tones, lightweight sweaters, light jackets, long sleeves, trousers
Winter: Boots, outerwear, wool, heavier fabrics, cold-weather pieces

 

Scheduling a Consignment Appointment

Consignment is handled by appointment to ensure we can properly review your items.

Please call 480-951-2506 to schedule in advance.

Appointment times vary depending on how many items you are bringing, so please let us know the approximate number of pieces when booking.

We do accept limited walk-ins when time allows between appointments. Walk-ins should bring no more than five items and be prepared to wait or shop while we try to accommodate you. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed.

 

First-Time Consignors

If this is your first time consigning with us, we will create a consignor account in our system. Each accepted item will be entered with a description and price. Your account will also show the expiration date of your consignment contract.

Items are displayed on the sales floor for 60 days.

If you would like your items returned before the contract ends, please contact us ahead of time so we can locate them and arrange pickup.

Any unsold items should be picked up before the contract expires. Items not picked up may be subject to price reductions or donation. If donated, unclaimed items are given to one of our charitable partners, and we can provide a charitable receipt upon request.

 

Pricing & Commission

Pricing is determined by High Society based on brand, condition, and current market demand. Items may be re-priced at our discretion, and in some cases with consignor approval.

Consignors receive:

  • 50% of the final selling price for most items
  • Up to 75% return on the sale of current designer handbags — one of the highest returns in the industry

To ensure authenticity and maintain our boutique standards, all designer handbags must be authenticated. Authentication can be provided through the original purchase receipt or completed through our trusted authentication partner, Legit Grails, for a nominal fee that is the responsibility of the consignor.

 

Liability

While we take great care with all merchandise, High Society Resale Boutique is not responsible for loss or damage to consigned items, though we do everything possible to prevent either from occurring.
